Most parts sold by this establishment are auto salvage and sold as such. Whilst we make every effort to give value for money, we cannot guarantee each part to be absolutely perfect. This is reflected in our prices when compared with a new item.

All goods dispatched by us are professionally packed, however, we assume no liability for late delivery or lost goods. We will assist the buyer to track their parcel if this situation should happen.
Please note that we will not ship to an unconfirmed address.
Unless otherwise stated all parts carry a 30 days warranty, which operates by exchange only, and does not cover labour costs, consumables, carriage and/or consequential losses. All parts must be fitted in a professional manner.
If you have any mechanical problem with our products we will replace it with an item of equal or greater functionality. No refund will be issued.
All good must be returned to Rowley autos premises no later than 14 days from notification for refunds. No refunds or replacement will be given if an item has been misused, tempered with, modified or damaged.
Old exchange units must be returned within 10 days, reasonably clean and drained of all fluids.
Parts will be exchanged if found to be faulty or incorrectly supplied by us.

All parts correctly supplied and returned for credit are subject to a 20% handling fee. No refunds on carriage.
An insured or tracking shipment method is recommended for returned items. We will not refund or replace any item that is lost or damaged in the returned shipment.
We will not pay for any courier costs, if an item is returned to us because the courier service was unable to deliver it.

Please inspect your items before accepting delivery. Items that are not acceptable must be refused at point of delivery.
Please supply a telephone number; this will be used by the courier services if there are problems in delivering your item. Payments must be received within 7 days of purchasing an item, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the order. Personal collections are welcomed by prior appointment only
